Bare Bakery has developed a unique method to cook fresh root vegetables for baking purposes. This enables us to bake simply delicious bread to meet consumers' increasing desire to enjoy more vegetables and fibre in their diets. Options include other root vegetables such as beetroot and carrot, as well as potato. Recipes can be tailor-made with a variety of grains and root vegetables, including potato.

Root vegetable bread is ideal accompaniment to any dish. Its health benefits make it a perfect start for the day as breakfast sandwich, a great snack before training or just a single dish with rich toppings. It works well as Scandi style open sandwich or as a canapé base.

Ingredients

Wholemeal rye flour, water, wheat flour, potato (14,7%), syrup, rye malt, yeast, iodisedsalt.
Rye content of all grains used for baking is 73 %.
Dairy-free, high in fibre and additive and preservative-free. Contains wheat.
Grains used for baking are of Finnish origin.
Baked in Finland.
The product is manufactured on a line where other cereals are also processed.
