100% Oat is baked with sour dough which gives the bread its delicious taste.

100% Oat is ideal accompaniment to any dish. Its health benefits make it a perfect start for the day as breakfast sandwich, a great snack before training or just a single dish with rich toppings. It works well as Scandi style open sandwich or as a canapé base. Oats lower cholesterol, improve stomach and intestinal function, and reduce blood sugar levels. The exceptional health benefits of oats come from their beta-glucan content.

Whole grain oat flour, oat kernel, oat bran, water, potato flour, syrup, yeast, flaxseed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, iodized salt and psyllium fiber.
Grains used for baking are 100% oat. Oat content of all ingredients is 47%.
Dairy-free, high in fibre and additive and preservative-free. Does not contain wheat, contamination is possible.
Grains used for baking are of Finnish origin.
Baked in Finland.
The product is manufactured on a line where other cereals are also processed.

Finnish oat and rye are of excellent quality due to the northern cool weather, clean soil and farming practices with fewer pesticides.
