Sweet and sour tin loaf fits even the best banquet serving. This rye delicacy gets its full-hearted taste of real orange peel jam. Its flavour pairs great with scandi style fish dishes. The sour dough tin loaf is baked with wholemeal rye in open flame.

It is ideal accompaniment to any dish. Its health benefits make it a perfect start for the day as breakfast sandwich, a great snack before training or just a single dish with rich toppings. It works well as Scandi style open sandwich or as a canapé base.

Grains used for baking are of Finnish origin.
